Rubberized Asphalt Concrete (RAC) Chip Seal Grant Program

The California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) provides assistance to local governments to fund rubberized asphalt concrete (RAC) projects. Beginning with fiscal year 2008/09, the CIWMB approved a single, consolidated application for use with the following RAC grants:

• Targeted Rubberized Asphalt Concrete Incentive (TRI) Grant.
• Rubberized Asphalt Concrete Use Grant.
• Rubberized Asphalt Chip Seal Grant.
