Rubberized Asphalt Concrete Grant Program (FY 2003-04)

This grant cycle is now closed to applications. However, a new NOFA was released for fiscal year 2004-2005. These grants were available to cities, counties, districts and other local government agencies that fund public works projects using recycled asphalt concrete (RAC). This program was authorized by Senate Bill (SB) 1346 (Kuehl, Statutes 2002, Chapter 671). This is a competitive grant program open to cities, counties, districts and other local government agencies that fund public works projects.
