Highlights
- Disposal Site Gas Monitoring and
Control Compliance Deadlines
The Office of Administrative Law approved the regulations and the regulations became effective on February 18, 2009. - Tire Hauler and Manifest
The Board adopted the regulations at its meeting on April 21, 2009. Staff is currently preparing the final rulemaking file for submittal to the Office of Administrative Law. - Long-Term Postclosure Maintenance
and Corrective Action Cost Estimates and Financial Assurance Demonstrations
for Landfills (Phase 2)
Staff will hold a public workshop on July 9, 2009, to solicit feedback on proposed regulation text changes. Staff will return to the Board for additional direction on the proposed regulations prior to initiating an additional comment period.
