Procedural rules for IWMB review of appeals from decisions of local hearing panels.

Status
Work on these regulations has been postponed due to the Board's work on possible statutory changes for the hearing panel procedures. Board staff is reviewing the results of a three-day workshop held on October 26-27 and November 17, 1998 to hear public comment on the need for change in the AB 59 local hearing panel procedures and appeals to the Board. Based on this review, the Board may recommend regulatory or statutory changes to the hearing panel procedures.
