Overview
The Alameda County Computer Resource Center (ACCRC) is a nonprofit organization that
diverts technological and hazardous waste from landfills. They accept donations
of working and non-working computers equipment and receive the donations from
individuals, businesses, and organizations. Tax-deductible receipts are provided
with each donation.
The refurbished computers are donated to nonprofit
organizations, schools, libraries, economically and disabled individuals, and
developing countries. ACCRC provides one year of free repair and maintenance for
all equipment distributed. Through their volunteer training program, they
provide technical training to disadvantaged individuals. ACCRC

the year 2000.
