Local Enforcement Agency Permit Toolbox Priority Task List |

The Toolbox Maintenance Advisory Committee (tMAC) surveyed local enforcement agencies (LEA) in April/May 2004 to find out what they think needs to be added to the Permit Toolbox. The 2004 tMac Survey (MS Word, 39 KB) is available for your consideration. This priority list of maintenance tasks is maintained by the Toolbox Maintenance Advisory Committee (tMAC). This list was approved by the Enforcement Advisory Council (EAC) at its June 24, 2004 meeting.
StatusStatus of above priorities as of January 20, 2005: 1. CDI Toolbox and Laundry ListThe CDI FAQ page is posted and periodically updated: The CDI training resources page has been posted: Also continuing to add links to Permit Toolbox to make it easier to find above CDI/Inert resources. 2. Updated Compost Permit ResourcesAdditional links, tools, and resources were added in October 2004, January 2005, and July 2005. 3. Public Hearing/Public Input/AB 1497/Hearing Panel PageA new Public Participation/Hearing Page was published in October 2004. The following is a list of ideas submitted by TMAC as possible additions to the above page or as a stand alone Web page for members of the public that might visit the Permit Toolbox:

Addition CEQA Guidance and ResourcesAdditional CEQA resources were published in June 2005 in coordination with the Spring 2005 Permit/CEQA training. 6. Waiving Timelines/Withdrawing Permits/Denying ApplicationsPlan to at least post some sample letters with brief explanations/introductions and/or brief guidance. No time line for this.
