Speeches and panel discussions will occur on Day 2 (August 30) and Day 3 (August 31) of the conference. These topics were selected based upon LEA surveys from last year's conference and Roundtable Meetings. A steering committee comprised of LEAs and Board staff met to determine conference specifics such as program length and format.
