The CIWMB, in conjunction with LEAs, held the 4th Annual Conference in San Diego on
August 29-31, 2000. This conference, entitled "21st Century Partnership" was
held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel. Over 176 LEA and CIWMB staff participated in an array
of panels, exhibits and presentations. The agenda is available on
the Internet and information on the various agenda items is available for those who
