Notes
- Jurisdiction count totals vary due to jurisdiction population growth, regional agency formation,
incorporation of new cities, and annexation.
- "No Rate" means the Board was unable to assign a diversion rate
to these jurisdictions for the indicated year due to goal measurement or
reporting issues. These jurisdictions may or may not be under
compliance orders.
- "Active 1066" means the jurisdiction is in the
process of implementing a corrective plan pursuant to a Board-approved
Time Extension or Alternative Diversion Requirement (ADR). No biennial
review is scheduled until the Time Extension or ADR is complete.
- "In Progress" means
that the Board has not yet considered the jurisdiction's
biennial review
for the selected report years. The
Board continues to review jurisdiction diversion performance for those years at its
regularly scheduled meetings.
