CIWMB Electronic Annual Report - Section ASAN GUACAMOLE COUNTY: 2006 Biomass Diversion CreditsYou have indicated your jurisdiction will claim biomass diversion credits. In order to claim biomass diversion credit, a jurisdiction must meet ALL of the following three criteria. The jurisdiction must:
If all three of these conditions are met, then enter your biomass tonnage below. The amount entered in the biomass tonnage claim below cannot exceed the maximum allowable biomass tonnage. If all three conditions are not met, STOP. You do not qualify for biomass diversion credits. Go back to the beginning of the report to remove your biomass claim from the Electronic Annual Report by unchecking the box at the bottom of the page. Jurisdictions which meet the conditions and claim biomass diversion credits must complete a Biomass Facility Diversion Claim Sheet. To find out more, or to obtain the claim sheet, please see the CIWMB's biomass guidelines.
A negative diversion rate could result from many factors, including incorrect base year value, reporting year values, or atypical/large changes in the jurisdiction. Please contact your local assistance staff representative for more information on correcting the problem.
