Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) Training Environmental Field Sampling Training |

In October and November 2006, the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB)
offered four, two-day training classes to LEAs,
landfill operators and CIWMB staff on the topic of environmental field sampling
with a focus on how to design sampling plans that can be legally defensible if

InstructorMr. Carl Palladino has 20 years experience as a project manager, chemist, chemistry teacher, and product assurance engineer, the last 14 years as an environmental consultant. Mr. Palladino provides a wide range of environmental and emergency management services for private companies and governmental agencies. Mr. Palladino’s diverse experience includes working in hazmat emergencies, managing hazardous and radioactive waste investigations and remediation, consulting for emergency management and counterterrorism projects. His credentials also include designing and implementing air quality studies, developing quality assurance and quality control programs and developing and conducting health and safety trainings. He has taught over 150 technical and safety classes and is recognized as an outstanding and effective trainer.
