| Responses to Comments Assembly Bill 2296 (Montanez, Chapter 504, Statutes of 2006) requires the Board, when conducting the study, to consult with representatives of the League of California Cities, the County Supervisors Association of California, private and public waste management service providers, and environmental organizations.
