Definitions
The following terms have the meanings given to them below, unless the context clearly indicates
otherwise.
- Board. The California Integrated Waste Management Board.
- Executive Director. The Executive Director of the CIWMB, or his or her designee.
- Grant Manager. The CIWMB staff person responsible for monitoring
a particular grant.
- Grantee. The recipient of funds pursuant to a grant agreement.
- State. The State of California, including, but not limited to, the CIWMB and/or its designated officer.
