Rubberized Asphalt Concrete (RAC) Use Grant Program (FY 2007/08)

The RAC Use Grant Program home page contains more detailed information about this program. This page provides information needed to apply for the RAC Use fiscal year (FY) 2007/08 grant cycle.

This grant program is aimed at repeat users of RAC. A jurisdiction can apply for multiple projects within a grant cycle and can re-apply in subsequent cycles.

Application Materials

Applications must be postmarked or hand delivered and date stamped as received at the CIWMB no later than 3:00 p.m. on the following due dates:

Application deadlines

  • Friday, September 28, 2007 (The FY 2006/07 application was provided for applicants to meet this deadline.)
  • Friday, January 11, 2008
  • Friday, March 7, 2008
  • Friday, May 2, 2008

Question-and-Answer Process

Program-specific questions regarding the application must be submitted in writing. The following question due dates are associated with the application deadlines above--questions are due approximately two weeks before the application due date as follows:

  • Friday, September 14, 2007
  • Friday, December 28, 2007
  • Friday, February 22, 2008
  • Friday, April 18, 2008
