by the California Integrated Waste Management Board to provide interested parties
the opportunity to comment on the
draft plan (dated
January 9, 2007) updating the
Five-Year Plan for the Waste Tire Recycling
Management Program--3rd Edition Covering Fiscal Years 2005/06-2009/10.
Note: Originally this workshop was to be held under the auspices
of the Special Waste Committee. Due to ongoing committee restructuring, this
workshop was held by CIWMB staff.

- Funding tables from the current, 3rd edition of the Five-Year Plan with proposed
changes for the 4th edition noted in "strikeout and
underline" format and with footnotes included. Summary table
contains "rolled-up" cost information for all of the five "elements" in
the Five-Year Plan followed by detailed charts for each element. (Note:
Information from the tables was presented at the meeting, but the tables
with changes identified were constructed after the meeting and are
