This was one of several public workshops conducted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board’s (CIWMB) Special Waste Committee to provide interested parties the opportunity to comment on updating the Five-Year Plan for the Waste Tire Recycling Management Program--2nd Edition Covering Fiscal Years 2003/04-2007/08.
