Waste Tire Manifest Program

CTL Training: Summer 2005

The CIWMB evaluated and revised the California Uniform Waste and Used Tire Manifest System, replacing the existing Manifest (CIWMB 647) and the Tire Trip Log (CIWMB 648) forms with the Comprehensive Trip Log (CTL) form (CIWMB 203). The CIWMB conducted trainings at multiple venues throughout the state during July, August, and September 2005. Listed below are the dates, locations, and sessions.

The CIWMB views the participation of haulers as a critical part of the process of this manifest system. All registered waste tire haulers, including exempt haulers (government, agricultural, and common carriers), were encouraged to attend one of the meeting locations listed below to become more familiar with these new requirements. Additionally, generators and end-use facility operators were asked to attend to learn more about the new form and their responsibilities, and the web-based and electronic data transfer (EDT) options.
