Promoting alternative solutions for recycling waste tires...

Conference Highlights

These two workshops (May 23 and May 30, 1997) were designed to promote the use of paving materials and products containing crumb rubber. The workshops, targeted at crumb rubber producers and consumers, and State and local government officials, featured presentations on a variety of topics including:

  • Products that use crumb rubber
  • Procurement strategies
  • Success stories
  • Avoiding pitfalls
  • Innovative applications
