Report on the Regulatory Impact of Pending Regulations

Executive Order S-2-03 requires each agency to reassess the regulatory impact on business of any proposed regulation for which it has commenced the formal regulatory process under the California Administrative Procedure Act but which has not yet become effective, pursuant to California Government Code section 11346.3.

The California Integrated Waste Management Board has reassessed its pending regulatory packages and has determined that each of them meets the requirements of California Government Code section 11346.3. No new information has come to light since these proposed regulations were initiated that would change the original economic analyses prepared for them.

No new information has come to light since these proposed regulations were initiated that would change the original economic analyses prepared for them. Exception to Exec Order S-2-03 approved by Department of Finance on December 23, 2003.

Documents to commence formal rulemaking to make emergency regulations permanent filed with OAL on January 20, 2003.

Must be submitted by April 19, 2004 pursuant to APA.

No negative public comments received.
