This panel will provide a status report on the Board's implementation of California's Rigid Plastic Container (RPPC) law. It will also allow the regulated and environmental communities, and local government, to share their perspectives on the law and its implementation by the Board. The issues presented by these panelists will be summarized. Question and answer period to follow.
