Public Notice: EA Approved Applications for Report of Facility Information Amendments

Enforcement agencies (EA) are required to inform the public via posting of public notice of any approved applications for Report of Facility Information (RFI) amendments within 5 days after approving the application. The EA is required to post the notice for at least a minimum of 10 days at one or more of the following posting locations:

• Public notice bulletin board at the enforcement agency office, or the local jurisdiction office, or solid waste facility site.
• Website posting of public notice at the solid waste facility's website, EA's website, the local jurisdiction's website, or the CIWMB's website.

Below is a list of current public notices of approved applications for RFI amendments where the EA has requested that CIWMB post the website notice. The CIWMB offers the website postings below for the purpose of meeting the public notice requirements of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 27, Section 21660.1(b). The information posted on this site has been provided by the EAs. If you have questions regarding any of the public notices listed below, please contact the individual listed under "Contact." Public notices will be posted for at least 10 days.
