Archive of Public Notices: EA-Approved Applications for Report of Facility Information Amendments

Enforcement agencies (EA) are required to inform the public via posting of public notice of any approved applications for Report of Facility Information (RFI) amendments within 5 days after approving the application. One of the places the EA can post the notice for at least a minimum of 10 days is the CIWMB's website.

This page includes an archive of all EA approved applications for report of facility information amendments that were posted to the CIWMB's RFI Amendment Notice web page in compliance with the public notice requirements of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 27, Section 21660.1(b).

In addition, two shallow groundwater monitoring wells will be installed to help confirm the downgradient limits of a gasoline release that originates at the West Valley Construction yard, which is located across the street from the facility. The subsurface sampling is mandated by the Central Coast Region of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) as part of ongoing investigation and remediation of a fuel leak. This installation work, any future monitoring, and well closure tasks are being reimbursed by the State Underground Storage Tank Fund (State FUND).
