Registration: 2006 Conference

This year there are four registration categories. All attendees must register in order to attend any part of the conference. The deadline to register is June 16, 2006. Due to limited space at the hotel early registration is highly encouraged.

LEA Conference Registration Forms-All LEAs that plan to attend the conference must complete and submit one of the following forms:

CIWMB Staff Conference Registration Forms-All CIWMB staff that plan to attend the conference must complete and submit one of the following forms:

Field Trip Registration Form-All attendees that plan to attend the field trip must complete and submit the following form:

Monterey Bay Aquarium Dessert Reception: All attendees that plan to attend the reception must complete and submit the following form:
