Demonstration Projects On-Site Landscape Management |

Although urban landscapes provide numerous benefits to our communities,
they also require a tremendous amount of resources. As California's
population continues to grow and the state becomes more urbanized,
landscapes must be managed more efficiently to conserve natural resources.
The Board has supported a variety of projects to encourage residents and
professional landscapers to use resource-efficient landscaping practices
to reduce green waste, conserve water, and minimize non-point source
pollution from urban landscapes.
