Disposal Reporting System (DRS)California Solid Waste Statistics |

|
Disposal and alternative daily cover (ADC) tonnage is subject to change due to
revisions.
The following Disposal Reporting System
(DRS) reports are based on information reported by permitted facility
operators and compiled by county/regional agency disposal reporting
coordinators.
Board staff enters this data into the DRS database, triple checks the entry to ensure it matches the tonnage submitted by each county, and then releases the finalized data in yearly increments. Only finalized data are shown in these reports. Alternative daily cover (ADC) means Board-approved materials other than soil used as a temporary overlay on an exposed landfill face. Note: ADC by material type is not available prior to 1998. The original format DRS web report, used by many jurisdictions to check their disposal tonnage prior to filing an annual report, is listed below as "Jurisdiction Disposal and ADC Tons by Facility."
