Diversion Rate Accuracy

The Board's Diversion Rate Accuracy Indicators (Indicators) presents information on areas that may impact a jurisdiction's diversion rate accuracy.  The information included in the Indicators web page may help when completing the following sections.

Are there extenuating circumstances pertaining to your jurisdiction's diversion rate that the Board should consider, as authorized by the Public Resources Code section 41821(c). If so, please use the space below to tell the Board. If you wish to attach additional information to your annual report, please send those items or electronic files to your local assistance staff representative; include a brief description of those files below.
