Presentations and Speaker BiographiesPlease see the Ontario or Stockton agenda for the presentations and speaker biographies. A complete set of the presentations is available on CD and can be ordered from Dennis Corcoran. One of the issues that was raised at the symposium is the applicability of the Polanco Redevelopment Act to solid waste disposal sites. If this issue is of interest to you, please review the discussion paper by board staff on why we believe the Polanco Act does not apply to actions taken by the LEA/Board at solid waste disposal sites. Current Training ScheduleThere are currently no upcoming postclosure land use trainings scheduled. Please visit our training calendar to view upcoming training opportunities. |
