Reminder: Operators have until May 9, 2008 to apply for a temporary solid waste facilities permit. Please contact your CIWMB Permitting contact person with any questions.

Enforcement agencies are required to notify the operators of non-permitted solid waste facilities that have been active since 2007 regarding this May 9th deadline.
