March 3rd Deadline for Landfill Closure Loan Applications
The CIWMB is offering competitive, interest-free loans to operators of unlined, older-technology landfills that wish to close early. Applications and all required attachments must be postmarked or received by March 3, 2008 with loan awards by June 30, 2008. Loans shall be repayable over a period not to exceed ten (10) years. Loans cannot exceed $500,000 per landfill project.
