7	Discussion and request for direction on green material alternative daily cover (ADC)	Heard in Committee Only, Discussion Item	The Strategic Policy Committee directed staff to develop a workgroup to explore options on green material ADC, including changes to diversion credits, additional disposal fees and surcharges, and increased inspection and enforcement.
