Revocation of the June 1992 Permit Desk Manual

The Permit Desk Manual was developed in 1989 and updated in 1992 to provide permit guidance to Local Enforcement Agencies (LEA), operators and consultants. Since that time, the passage of new legislation and the promulgation of new regulations have affected the processing of solid waste facility permits both at the local and state level. The Permit Desk Manual no longer achieves its intended purpose of providing up-to-date guidance on processing permits. Therefore, its use is no longer authorized.
