From Grass Valley: Take Hwy 49 south to Auburn. Turn right onto Bell Rd to Richardson Dr. Turn left onto Richardson Dr. and travel about 200 yards to the entrance to the parking lot. Because parking by the building is limited, it is recommended that you park in the gravel lot across Richardson. Instead of turning left into the paved lot, turn right into a short driveway (by the Interfaith Food Bank) then right again which will take you to the gravel parking lot. The entrance to the CDRA Building is at the opposite end of the building from Richardson Dr. Enter the building and go up the stairs to the right. Watch for signs to the meeting room.

From the Coast: Take Highway 101 to the Highway 156 West Exit toward San Juan Bautista. Proceed west approximately ten miles to the Highway 156 Business Route cut-off. Veer right on this business route exit and continue west. Proceed west to the downtown area. Turn left at the San Benito St. traffic signal and proceed north. Turn right at the McKloskey Road traffic signal. Make an immediate left on the frontage road and proceed north. Turn left on Community Parkway and park in the back lot. Humboldt Bay Refuge Complex is adjacent to Highway 101. Take the 101 to the Hookton Road exit at the south end of the Bay towards Loleta. To the main office:

Southbound Traffic (from Arcata/Eureka): Turn right at the end of the off ramp, then immediately left onto Ranch Road.

Northbound Traffic (from Ukiah): Take the overpass. Turn right onto Ranch Road.

Note: Ranch Road is not marked, however there is a big brown sign at the intersection that says Humboldt Bay NWRC, Salmon Creek Unit. The meeting room location is 1.3 miles from that sign, in the new building at the end of the road.

From South: Take Highway 99 north to Highway 41. Take 41 north to Oakhurst and turn on CA 49. Once you pass through Mariposa turn right on 11th Street. Do not turn on Bullion Street from 11th instead proceed straight ahead into the parking lot that 11th Street dead ends into. 5100 Bullion is the County Government center located on the corner of 11th & Bullion Street.

From the South: Take Highway 101 north to Salinas, then take Highway 68 west. Stay on Highway 68 and take Pacific Grove exit. Once on Highway 68 going towards Pacific Grove, follow same directions as if traveling from the north.

From the Bay Area: Take 101 South. At about 17 miles past Gilroy, take 156 West. After about 4 miles, 156 West merges with 1 South. Take 1 South past Marina, Monterey, and Carmel. Continue on 1 South past the last traffic light at Rio Road to the Carmel River State Beach on the right. Shortly beyond this beach (up the hill) you will come upon a sign which reads "Point Lobos Reserve State Park turnoff…1/4 mile." At about 0.1 mile beyond this sign, take a 120 degree right turn onto the dirt road leading to the Hudson House. If you reach the main entrance to the Point Lobos Reserve State Park, you have gone about 0.15 miles too far.

From Sacramento: Take 5 South to 33 South (Santa Nella exit). Take 152 West to Gilroy, then 101 South and follow directions above.

From 101: Take 101 south to 156. 156 is a two lane road that goes for four miles before merging onto Hwy 1 going south. Go south on Hwy 1 through Marina, Fort Ord, Seaside, and Sand City. Take the ramp toward Fisherman's Wharf/Peninsula College.  Turn left onto Aguajito Road. The sign on Aguajito will say County Court House and other County Offices. Turn right, go up the hill and stay on the right. You'll see the building as you approach. There is plenty of parking. The door to the conference room will be visible as you walk up the steps. The meeting room door is on the left, before the main entrance. Avoid the front parking area for the library and areas designated for 2-hour parking. Street parking may be available.

From 101 South: Take 101 south to 156. 156 is a two-lane road that goes for four miles before taking you onto Hwy 1 going south. Go south on Hwy 1 through Marina, Fort Ord, Seaside, and Sand City. Just after you see the Embassy Suites high-rise hotel on your left and a large beachfront hotel on your right, there is an exit for Pacific Grove, Del Monte Avenue (Note that this is not the first Del Monte exit you will see as you are driving south on Hwy 1).

Take this Del Monte Avenue exit and proceed on Del Monte past the Naval Post Graduate School and into Monterey. Shortly after you pass the wharf on the right, the road will fork.

Take the right fork (Lighthouse) and go through the tunnel, staying in the right lane. Shortly after you exit the tunnel, there will be a fork on the right for Foam Street.

Take Foam Street (one way) until it dead ends at David.

Turn right on David. The Monterey Bay Aquarium will be right in front of you. You will immediately come to a four-way stop.

Turn left onto Wave Street (which changes to Oceanview Blvd. within a block). As you drive along, Hopkins Marine Station is on your right, across from the American Tinnery Outlet Mall. If you go too far, the only thing on your right will be the recreational trail and the ocean.

One very important note: We cannot park in the Laboratory parking lot. Please park on the street (bring quarters for meters) or you can try the American Tin Cannery Parking Lot..

The library is on the southeast corner. Park in the lot just past the library on the left. The entrance to the basement is on the Shasta Street side.

From Highway 50 Westbound: Take Watt Ave Exit South 1 block to Folsom Blvd and turn right (West). Go to 2nd light and turn left on Florin Perkins Rd. Go 1 block to Jackson and turn right and then turn immediately into the parking lot of 8475 Jackson Rd. Training Room is on the 2nd floor. Signs will be posted for meeting.

Proceed south on Bradshaw Road to Kiefer Blvd. Make a right onto Kiefer Blvd. Make a right onto Branch Center Road (Look for a blue and white sign that reads Sacramento County--Branch Center). The Auditorium is immediately on your right (at the corner of Kiefer Blvd. and Branch Center Road) with free parking available in the lot across the street.

From I-5: Take Highway 50 East towards Placerville. Take the Bradshaw Road Exit. Turn right (South) onto Bradshaw Road. Follow Bradshaw Road to Kiefer Blvd. Make a right on Kiefer Blvd. Go one block and make a right on Branch Center Road. The Cooperative Extension building is on the northeast corner of Branch Center Road and Kiefer Blvd. There is street parking on Branch Center and Agriculture Lane. Free parking also available in the lot across the street.

From Hwy 99 Heading North: Take Highway 50 East towards South Lake Tahoe/Placerville. Take the Bradshaw Road Exit. Turn right (South) onto Bradshaw Road. Follow Bradshaw Road to Kiefer Blvd. Make a right on Kiefer Blvd. Go one block and make a right on Branch Center Road. 1 Father Junipero Serra Trail

Directions from Interstate 8: Take I-8 to the Mission Gorge/Fairmount exit. Turn north onto Mission Gorge Road. Proceed down Mission Gorge Road for 4.2 miles. Just past the Jackson Drive intersection, look for the large wooden park sign on Mission Gorge Road. Turn left onto Father Junipero Serra Trail.

From Route 52: Take 52 east to the Mast Blvd. exit in Santee. Turn left on Mast Blvd., go under the freeway to the first traffic signal (West Hills Parkway) and turn right. Take West Hills Parkway to Mission Gorge Road and turn right. Proceed down Mission Gorge Road 2.4 miles (past the Father Junipero Serra Trail entrance to Old Mission Dam and Kumeyaay Lake and Campground). Look for the large wooden park sign on Mission Gorge Road. Turn right onto Father Junipero Serra Trail.

The park entrance is across from the intersection of S. King Rd. and Lido way. This is just south of the 680 & 280 freeway overpass and north of Story Road.

From 680: Take the King Road exit and turn left on King Road. Proceed ½ a block and turn right into driveway.

From 280 (going south): Exit at King Road. Turn right, go ¼ block and turn right into driveway.

From 101 (either direction): Take the Story Road east exit. Turn left at King road and left into driveway.

The Captain's House Conference Center is an attractive one-story building located in the beautiful Coyote Point County Recreation Area.

From San Francisco: Go south on HWY 101. Take the Poplar Ave. exit in San Mateo. Go straight to the 1st light (Humboldt Street) and make a right turn. Go to the next light (Peninsula Ave.) and make a right turn. Go over the overpass and make a left turn. Then make a left onto Coyote Point Drive. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

From San Jose: Go north on HWY 101. Take the Dore Ave. exit in San Mateo. Make an immediate left turn onto the Frontage Rd, continuing for ¼ mile, and then make a right turn onto Coyote Point Drive. The City Golf Course will be on your right. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

From the South: Take Highway 101 north. Take N. San Pedro Road exit off Hwy 101 (Just 1.8 miles past the Central San Rafael exit). Stay to the right while on exit ramp.

From the North: Tale Highway 101 south. Take N. San Pedro Rd. exit off Hwy 101 (just 0.8 mile past Freitas Parkway). Turn Left at stop sign. Turn left at stoplight onto N. San Pedro Road.

From both Directions: Once on N. San Pedro, continue to the stop light (move to left and get in the left turn lane). Turn Left onto Civic Center Dr. Take your 1^st or 2^nd left which will take you under the building through an arch. Park in the long term parking lot. Enter the higher of the two building wings at the arch.

From Highway 101 South: Take the El Sueño Exit and turn left onto Calle Real. Turn right on Camino del Remedio or on San Antonio Road and proceed to parking areas.

The meeting will be held in the Wisteria Room in Building 7-Air Pollution Control District (APCD).

The Environmental Health Services Building (EHS) faces Camino del Remedio. You may find a parking space in front of EHS. Look for the steps behind EHS that lead up to the APCD Building. You may contact EHS at (805) 681-4900.

From the North Taking I-5 South: At 4 miles past Castaic take 128 West to Fillmore and then on to Ventura. Highway 101 travels along the coast and through Ventura if you are coming from Santa Barbara or somewhere along the coast. Coming from Los Angeles take 101 North to Ventura.

From the North or South on Highway 101: Take the Victoria Avenue exit (exit and travel south on Victoria if you are coming in on 128). Then travel North past Telephone Road and turn East (Right) into the Ventura County Government Center complex at Thille Street. Park in "Lot A or B". Take the sidewalk to the Hall of Justice Administration Wing, past the fountain and enter through the cafeteria on your right. The large dining room is on the west end of the cafeteria.

Take a left (north) at the first light, which is Mooney Blvd. From Mooney, take a left (west) on Burrel (the street right in front of the courthouse). Keep traveling on Burrel, past the first light and follow the road to the last parking lot on the left. The building is the Board of Supervisors Conference Room.

From Fresno: Take Hwy 99 South past Hwy 198 until you get to the Ave. 280/Caldwell exit. Turn left/east on Caldwell.

Head east until you get to Mooney Blvd. Turn right/south and go until you pass Ave. 272 until you get to the Government Center which is across from Mooney Grove Park and turn right. Park anywhere around the building that is not specially marked. Entrance is on the south side of building. Go upstairs and go to the Resource Management Agency Conference Room "E". You can also ask for directions from the receptionist when you get into the atrium when you first enter the building.
