Dear Mr. Rauh,

At its April 9, 2008 meeting, the Enforcement Advisory Council (EAC) discussed and passed Resolution 2008-01, which elected Dennis Ferrier, Northern City LEAs representative, to serve a 2-year term as EAC Co-Vice Chair.

Dennis is filling the Co-Vice Chair position vacated by Sue Markie, who had occupied the CIWMB EA Section staff seat on the EAC. At the same meeting, the EAC and CIWMB staff made the decision to leave the CIWMB EA Section seat unfilled due to changes in the CIWMB EA Program after the reorganization.
