Subject: Enforcement Advisory Council Resolution 2007-04; Election of New Chair

Dear Mr. Rauh:

At its June 19, 2007 meeting, the Enforcement Advisory Council (EAC) discussed and passed Resolution 2007-04, which elected me to fulfill the current 2-year term as EAC Chair. Robert Weichert, the preceding chair, has retired from Merced County LEA. My term as EAC Chair will end in September 2008.

I have served as the Northern Round Table representative to the EAC and California Conference of Directors of Environmental Health (CCDEH)-Solid Waste Policy Committee (SWPC) since February 2006, and look forward to continue working with and furthering the partnership between the EAC, CIWMB, and CCDEH-SWPC regarding the many solid waste issues currently before us and those to come.
