Permit Implementation (AB 1497) Regulations Workgroup

A workgroup for the development of regulations for the permit implementation (AB 1497) rulemaking effort. The workgroup was established so that the workload of creating these regulations could be spread among resources in partnership with the Enforcement Advisory Council.

Compliance Toolbox Workgroup

The team's goal is to develop and implement a set of web-based tools in the areas of solid waste facility inspections and enforcement under the general heading of a compliance toolbox. The aim is to have information and tools available to LEAs, Board staff, and operators in these areas, in the same manner as the permit toolbox. The workgroup is divided into two subgroups: inspections and enforcement--working independently and collaboratively.
