Application Materials

Applications must be postmarked or hand-delivered and date stamped as received at the CIWMB no later than 3:00 p.m., May 30, 2008.

Tentative Timeline for FY 2008/09 Grant Cycle

Date Activity
May 30, 2008 Mailed Application Deadline: Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date.
May 30, 2008, 3:00 p.m. Hand-delivered Application Deadline: Hand-delivered applications must be received and date stamped by the CIWMB by this date and time.
June 23, 2008 If a resolution is not submitted with the application, an approved resolution must be received by the CIWMB by this date.
July 1, 2008, or as soon as the State budget is signed. Grants Awarded: CIWMB's Executive Director considers funding recommendations, and if approved, awards grants.
July 1, 2008-June 30, 2009 Grant Performance Period--grantee may incur costs as outlined in the Grant Agreement.
October 30, 2009 Deadline for: Final Report, Final Payment Request, and Request for 10 percent withhold.
