Application Materials
Applications must be postmarked or hand-delivered and date stamped as received at the CIWMB no later than 3:00 p.m., May 30, 2008.

| May 30, 2008 | Mailed Application Deadline: Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date. |
| May 30, 2008, 3:00 p.m. | Hand-delivered Application Deadline: Hand-delivered applications must be received and date stamped by the CIWMB by this date and time. |
| June 23, 2008 | If a resolution is not submitted with the application, an approved resolution must be received by the CIWMB by this date. |
| July 1, 2008, or as soon as the State budget is signed. | Grants Awarded: CIWMB's Executive Director considers funding recommendations, and if approved, awards grants. |
| July 1, 2008-June 30, 2009 | Grant Performance Period--grantee may incur costs as outlined in the Grant Agreement. |
| October 30, 2009 | Deadline for: Final Report, Final Payment Request, and Request for 10 percent withhold. |
