Facility Compliance

Thank you to all who applied for loans with the California Integrated Waste Management Board’s Facility Compliance Loan Program. The Board provided this pilot program with $2.88 million for interest-free loans to assist owners and/or operators of solid waste facilities with environmental compliance. At its December 2000 and January 2001 meetings, the Board selected the following operators to receive loans:
