The title or deed helps to establish the responsible party(ies) as well as the
contact person(s) for that particular piece of property.
An assessors parcel number or map is typically obtained from a city or county
assessor’s office. The map provides information on the legally surveyed
physical boundaries for a parcel or
tract of land which contains a disposal site.
