Tentative Timeline for the FY 2008/09 Grant Cycle

Date	Activity
07/18/2008-07/31/2008	Question and Answer Period: Questions must be submitted only by e-mail or mail.
08/13/2008	All answers will be posted (tentative).
09/22/2008 (Rev. 8/08)	Application Deadline: Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date.
09/22/2008 (Rev. 8/08)	Hand-delivered applications must be received and date-stamped by the CIWMB by 3:00 p.m. on this date.
10/06/2008 (Rev. 8/08)	If resolution is not submitted with the application: Resolution must be received by the CIWMB by this date. If applicant does not have an Environmentally Preferable Purchases and Practices (EPPP) Policy at time of application: EPPP Policy must be adopted and notification must be received by the CIWMB by this date.
11/18/2008	Grants Awarded: Board considers funding recommendations, and if approved, awards grants.
04/15/2011	Final Report, Final Payment Request, and Request for 10 Percent Withhold Deadline.
04/30/2011	Grant term ends.
