SB 20 Implementation Meeting
April 2, 2004

A general stakeholder meeting on proposed SB 20 emergency regulations was held Friday, April 2, 2004, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building. The CIWMB provided an audio web cast of this event.

This meeting covered the full range of SB 20 regulatory considerations. This meeting was intended as a forum to receive public comment so that proposed emergency regulations can be revised prior to consideration at the CIWMB's regular Board meeting on April 13-14, 2004.

Stakeholders were encouraged to prepare input and comment prior to attending the meeting.  Comments on proposed emergency regulations should have been submitted by COB on the day of the meeting. Comments on issues newly raised at the meeting could be submitted by COB on Tuesday, April 6, 2004.
