#### Reminder: General Stakeholder Workshop On Final Regulations ####

The CIWMB will hold a general stakeholder workshop to discuss issues relating to the development of final regulations governing the CEW recovery and recycling payment system from 9:00AM until approximately 3:00PM on Thursday, January 5, 2006, at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building in Sacramento.

The workshop will layout the schedule ahead for regulation development, identify milestones, and outline key procedures. Program staff will review areas of concern that have been raised through past meetings and communication, and will solicit additional issue identification. A significant portion of the workshop will consist of smaller group discussions so that key issue areas can be explored in depth.

Because of this format, some portions of the workshop may not be conducive to the audio web-cast. Please bear this in mind when planning whether to attend or simply tune in.
