Forms, Applications, and Resources -- Moved to DGS

The California Green Lodging Program, originally developed by the CIWMB to provide travelers a green option for their lodging, has moved to the Department of General Services (DGS) as a part of their Travel program.

The Green Lodging Forms page has been moved to www.travel.dgs.ca.gov/Lodging/GreenForms.htm.

Please update your bookmarks, as this page will be deleted after April 2009.

Note: Certification surveys received during the transition from CIWMB to DGS have been forwarded to DGS. Please inquire with DGS for the status of your request.
