The final version of the "Procurement, Use and End-of-Life Management Guidelines" are now available. At the time of publication, SB 20 (Sher) was moving through the legislature; this bill would require manufacturers that sell electronic products containing toxic materials in California to develop a plan addressing the collection, handling, recovery, recycling, etc. of these products.
