Office Waste Reduction Posters

The California Integrated Waste Management Board is pleased to be able to provide colorful posters to help coordinate and promote your waste reduction efforts. These posters are available to California businesses, governmental agencies, public service organizations, and educational institutions in limited quantities at no charge. The posters that we mail are 11 x 14 inches unless otherwise noted. The downloadable color PDF versions of the posters print on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper. Contact bzassist@ciwmb.ca.gov for posters. (State agencies should contact Project Recycle for all posters except the Red Bag poster.)

Reuse Paper. Promote using both sides of office paper and collect office paper used on one side for reuse. 

What Goes Where? Affix to these posters samples of the paper that your office recycles. Display near your recycling bins.

PC Files, Not Paper Piles. Computers are excellent files cabinets. If used correctly, they can dramatically reduce paper consumption.

Reuse Office Supplies. Collect reusable office supplies when staff are finished with them.
