Steering Committee

The role of the steering committee is to develop a project approach and work plan; give direction to the Public Affairs Office on internal and external communication strategies; ensure that Board teams draft scenarios, actions, and possible approaches; make decisions on critical components of project activities, including conference planning, speaker selection, and invitations; and keep the public and Board informed at Board meetings.
